Due to the nature of its products, Inter Group cannot accept returns or cancellations except in the following case. (Conditions may vary by payment method.)
The person placing the order has personally made a request to the event organizer for a return or cancellation, and the event organizer has accepted this request before the event date To request a return or cancellation, please follow the procedures prescribed by the event organizer. In the following case, Inter Group accepts returns and cancellations of purchased tickets for a full refund of the ticket price. (Konbini payment charges will not be refunded.)
