How to submit documents

1. Download paper submission and copyright transfer agreement forms from this page.

2. The copyright transfer agreement form must be signed by the main speaker and all co-authors.

3. Be sure to submit your paper online.

4. Submit the signed copyright transfer agreement form via one of the following two options:

- If scanning is possible, submit the form together with your paper online.

- If scanning is not possible, submit the form to the following address via mail or fax:

·To submit documents, please log in to your Personal Page through the Online Registration Page below.

·Please use the same ID for Abstract submission.

·Please use file #1 and #2 column in Personal Page (if applicable) to upload final paper.

*When you upload final paper, Please replace it with the abstract you already uploaded.

·Please use file #3 and #4 column in Personal Page (if applicable) to upload your copyright transfer agreement form.

Awards and Journals

Best Paper Awards will be given based on an evaluation of both the manuscript and oral presentation. The International Scientific Committee will take care of the selection.
After the symposium, some selected papers will be published in a special issue of the journal Vehicle System Dynamics.
